ABOUT US
Founded in 2012, Wrimes Cosmetics is a company based in Hertfordshire. It boasts an expansive facility spanning over 35,000 square feet, accommodating its factory, distribution centre, and office space.
Our dedicated team of over 30 talented individuals is passionate about bringing brands to life and creating exceptional products that resonate with customers worldwide.
Our state-of-the-art facility serves as the hub for our creative process and product development. Equipped with the best technology and machinery we are able to deliver efficiently worldwide.
MANUFACTURING
We manufacture all products in-house here in Hertfordshire. This ensures we have complete control over the entire process, from sourcing the best materials to the final touches of our products. This approach allows us to maintain strict quality control measures resulting in quality products.
In addition, our factory operates several filling lines with a capacity of 4,000 bottles per hour, 10,000 tubes per hour, 2,000 lipsticks per hour as well as hot filling lines that can fill up to 2,500 units per hour.
LOGISTICS
Our facility boasts an expansive three-story distribution space, providing ample room for storing our entire range of products.
Furthermore, it is designed to handle the arrival of multiple lorries which ensures efficient operations.
We have extensive expertise in distribution including exporting to EU and rest of the world sending on average 500 parcels per day.
ACCREDITATION
At Wrimes Cosmetics we have achieved certification for ISO 9001:2015 and 9001:2008. These practices are recognisable worldwide and demonstrate we consistently provide services that meet customer needs whilst meeting regulatory requirements.
To maintain our certification, Wrimes Cosmetics has a quarterly audit with a final yearly audit to ensure our policies and practices continue to meet the high standards needed to achieve the accreditation. Our customers can be confident they are receiving the highest quality service from everyone at Wrimes Cosmetics.
